the excellent natural conditions of the mountainious cevennes region,
the care with which we tend our vineyards and the use of the most sophisticated production techniques, enables us to create a wine of the highest quality. made from zinfandel grapes from our own vineyards in florac and millau, the wine is sunflower-fair in colour, has rich aromas and ripe peach flavours. served at a temperature of between 8 c and 10 c, it is an ideal accompaniment for all types of desserts, appetisers and light meals.
